Product Description

SPK MoSi₂ heating element

Its main characteristics are:

(1) Higher melting point (2030 ℃);

(2) Good high-temperature antioxidant properties (comparable to silicon-based ceramics);

(3) Within a certain temperature range, its intensity remains unchanged as the temperature increases;

(4) Low coefficient of thermal expansion and good electrical and thermal conductivity;

(5) It is brittle at room temperature. In order to improve the toughness of the disilicified phase electric heating material, toughening materials such as ZrO2 (zirconium dioxide) were added to the material, resulting in a significant increase in the toughness of the product.
