Product Description

The U-shaped silicon heating element is produced by selecting two precisely-matched SiC rods and then welding a thickened silicon carbide bridge. This particular element enables the wiring of both tail ends from a single side of the furnace. The tail ends of the cold ends are aluminum-metallized, thereby creating a low-resistance contact surface for the aluminum connection straps and clamps.
