U-shaped silicon carbide rod

The U-shaped silicon heating element is made by taking two carefully matched SiC rods and welding a thick silicon carbide bridge. The U-shaped component connects the two ends from one side of the furnace. The tail end of the cold end is made of aluminum metal, providing a low resistance contact surface for the aluminum connecting strip and fixture.
