Introduction to U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod
U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod is a common resistance heating element with high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and other characteristics, widely used in various heating equipment. The design of U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod makes it more stable and efficient when used in vertical suspension.

Structure and Working Principle
The U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod is made of molybdenum disilicide powder, which has a high melting point (2030 ℃) and good high-temperature soothing reaction characteristics. Its working principle is to generate heat through current passing through a resistor, and molybdenum disilicide maintains stable performance at high temperatures. A bright and dense quartz glass film is formed on the surface to protect the interior from oxidation.
