U type Mosi2 Heating elemet
Compared with ordinary electric heating devices, the U-type Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi₂) heating element demonstrates extraordinary capabilities. Ordinary heating elements usually experience a significant decline in performance under high-temperature conditions and are unable to provide heat stably and continuously. However, the U-type Molybdenum Disilicide heating element, relying on the unique material properties of molybdenum disilicide, operates with ease in the high-temperature field. The melting point of molybdenum disilicide is as high as around 2030℃, which enables the heating element to work stably for a long time in astonishingly high-temperature environments. When ordinary heating elements may have already "failed" in the high-temperature range of 1600℃ to 1800℃, the U-type Molybdenum Disilicide heating element can continuously and effectively output heat, meeting the stringent requirements of various high-temperature heating processes. Under high-temperature oxidizing atmospheres, other heating elements may be quickly oxidized and eroded, resulting in a sharp reduction in their service lives. Moreover, the resistivity of ordinary materials may not be able to convert electrical energy into thermal energy as efficiently as molybdenum disilicide does to achieve rapid temperature rise and stable heating. The U-shaped design is another unique feature of it, enabling it to achieve more uniform heating and heat transfer in specific heating equipment compared with other heating elements.
