M Type SiC Heating element

Door type silicon carbide rod (M-type): suitable for heating the bottom or both sides of large box type furnaces and trolley furnaces, with high temperature control accuracy, convenient wiring, and small temperature differences. The electrical properties of silicon carbide rod. Silicon carbide rod is a nonlinear resistor with large dispersion at room temperature. When heated with electricity, the resistance value gradually decreases from room temperature to 850 ℃± 50 ℃, and slowly increases between 800 ℃± 900 ℃. Therefore, the resistance value is basically stable between 1050 ℃± 50 ℃. At this time, the measured resistance is relatively standard and easy to match during installation. Nitrogen (N2) can prevent the oxidation of SiC below 1200 ℃, and react with SiC above 1350 ℃, leading to the decomposition of SiC.
