G Type SiC Heating Elements

Silicon carbon rod is a rod-shaped or tubular non-metallic high-temperature electric heating element made from high-purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main raw material, processed into blanks according to a certain material ratio, and sintered by high-temperature silicification and recrystallization at 2200 ° C. The normal operating temperature in an oxidizing atmosphere can reach 1450 ° C, and continuous use can last up to 2000 hours. Due to its high operating temperature, silicon carbon rods have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, fast temperature rise, long service life, small high-temperature deformation, easy installation and maintenance, and good chemical stability. Paired with an automated electronic control system, it can obtain precise constant temperature and automatically adjust temperature according to the curve required by the production process. Heating with silicon carbide rods is both convenient and safe and reliable.
