W Type SiC Heating Elements

W-shaped silicon carbide rod is a non-metallic high-temperature heating element, mainly made of high-purity green hexagonal silicon carbide, which is recrystallized and sintered at 2200 ℃. Its structure includes vertically connected heating parts and connecting parts. There are three heating parts, one end is an electrode, and the other end is uniformly vertically connected on the same side of the connecting part. The connecting end of the heating part is equipped with bolts, and a connecting plate is provided on one side of the connecting part corresponding to the heating part. There are screw holes on the corresponding positions of the connecting plate. The connection between the heating part and the connecting part is welded with an annular reinforcing ring through external welding, and the two ends of the connecting part are also chamfered.
