G Type SiC Heating Elements
The silicon carbon rod is a rod-shaped or tubular non-metallic high-temperature electric heating component. It is manufactured with high-purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main material. After being processed into blanks in accordance with a specific material ratio and sintered through high-temperature silicification and recrystallization at 2200 °C. In an oxidizing environment, its normal operating temperature can reach 1450 °C, and continuous use can last up to 2000 hours. Due to its high operating temperature, the silicon carbon rod shows characteristics including high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, fast temperature rise, long service life, small high-temperature deformation, easy installation and maintenance, and stable chemical properties. Paired with an automated electronic control system, it can achieve precise constant temperature and adjust temperature automatically according to the curve needed by the production process. Heating with silicon carbide rods is convenient, safe, and dependable.
