Description:

 

This element is a single-threaded silicon carbide heating element with a core specification of 12mm diameter, a 280mm hot zone, and a 120mm cold end. It is made from high-purity hexagonal silicon carbide and sintered at 2200℃. The hot zone features a single spiral groove structure, and the cold end is made of high-density conductive material. The overall design is a three-section structure of "cold end - hot zone - cold end," suitable for the heating needs of small to medium-sized high-temperature furnaces, experimental kilns, and other equipment.
